Cathy J. Rouyer

Catherine J. Rouyer of TrioGrantHelp.com began writing TRIO grants for Washington State University in 1999 and has written numerous TRIO grant applications and consulted with TRIO grant applicants over the past 11 years for a variety of colleges and universities. She is the author of the workbook series “Everything You Ever Wanted to Know about Writing a TRIO Grant”.

Cathy is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C. and spends her free time as as a community volunteer, including membership on several on post-secondary scholarship committees.

Wendi Gephart of Gephart Resource Development has worked with grants for over 11 years. She also gained experience as a grant manager for regional and state agencies and programs, sharing her grants expertise with host agencies and subgrantees. She continues to share that expertise through the grants management workshops she facilitates on a national basis.

Wendi is a member of the National Grants Management Association and the American Association of Grant Professionals, and holds a certification in grant management. She’s a graduate of the University of Wyoming, with a BA in journalism, and she attended the University of Wyoming College of Law. In her down-time, she enjoys kayaking, spending time with her husband of 25 years, their two daughters, and playing with her chocolate lab, Max.
