Catherine J. Rouyer began writing TRIO grants for Washington State University in 1999 and has written numerous TRIO grant applications and consulted with TRIO grant applicants over the past 11 years for a variety of colleges and universities. She is the author of the workbook series “Everything You Ever Wanted to Know about Writing a TRIO Grant”.
Cathy is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C. and spends her free time as as a community volunteer, including membership on several on post-secondary scholarship committees.
I have 15+ years experience working in grants. I've written and edited successful grant proposals, administered state and regional granting programs, taught grant writing and grant management classes, and presented at several conferences on grant-related topics.
